Pastor Oliver is a devoted servant of God with over 22 years of pastoral ministry, committed to sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. As the founder of Newness of Life Outreach Ministry, his mission is clear: to introduce people to Christ and minister God’s Word by any means necessary. Throughout his ministry, Pastor Oliver has demonstrated a deep passion for reaching people beyond the walls of the church.
His work has extended into prisons, local jails, and halfway houses— places where hope is often scarce, yet transformation is desperately needed. He has also carried the Gospel internationally, ministering in countries such as Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Mozambique. Pastor Oliver’s approach to ministry is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the power of God’s Word. He believes that no life is beyond the reach of God’s grace, and he is dedicated to helping individuals discover their identity, purpose, and new life in Christ.
After faithfully serving in pastoral leadership, Pastor Oliver transitioned into a broader outreach calling, continuing to impact lives through teaching, devotionals, and hands-on ministry. His messages are known for being practical, encouraging, and spiritually transformative—meeting people right where they are.
In recent years, Pastor Oliver has walked through profound personal loss with the passing of his beloved wife, Pastor Carolyn. Their 43 years of marriage stand as a testimony of faith, love, and partnership in ministry. Even in grief, Pastor Oliver continues to serve, carrying forward the legacy of faith they built together while encouraging others navigating life’s difficult seasons.
