“What’s Next?”

Salvation is not the end of your journey with God—it is the beginning of a new life in Christ. When you accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, Heaven rejoices, your sins are forgiven, and you become a new creation. But after salvation comes growth, maturity, and learning how to walk daily with God.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17

— The Bible
1. Begin Talking to God Daily
Prayer is how you build your relationship with God. It does not have to be complicated. Speak to Him honestly, sincerely, and consistently. God desires fellowship with you. “Call to Me, and I will answer you…” Psalms 119:105

— The Bible

2. Read the Word of God
The Bible is spiritual food for your growth. Start with the Gospel of John, then continue reading daily. God’s Word gives wisdom, direction, strength, and understanding.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Psalms 119:105

— The Bible

3. Find a Bible-Teaching Church
You were never meant to walk alone. A healthy church helps you grow, learn, serve, and stay encouraged in your faith journey.

“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together…” Hebrews 10:25

— The Bible

4. Grow Spiritually
Salvation is instant, but spiritual growth is a process. God will shape your character, renew your mind, and teach you to live by faith.

“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” 2 Peter 3:18

— The Bible

5. Leave the Old Life Behind
As you grow in Christ, some habits, relationships, and mindsets may need to change. God is not trying to condemn you—He is transforming you.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…” Romans 12:2

— The Bible

6. Share Your Faith
Tell others what Jesus has done for you. Your testimony may help lead someone else to Christ.

“Let the redeemed of the Lord say so…” Psalms 107:2

— The Bible

                                                                                   Final Encouragement
You will not mature or become Christlike overnight, but you are no longer who you used to be. There will be days of growth, learning, testing, and victory. Stay connected to God, trust His grace, and keep walking forward.
Jesus did not just save you from something—He saved you for something.

“He who has begun a good work in you will complete it…” Philippians 1:6
